Three years, four major versions, nine shipped products. PixelBin is an AI image and video platform. I designed the generative tools (Magic Canvas, background removal, upscaling) and the core transformation pipeline. The interfaces are dense because the users are developers processing millions of images a day.
Started with a brand book for a luxury Indian marketplace. Turned it into a working design system: 35 components, 510 variants, tokens, governance docs. Six product verticals use it now. The hard part was keeping everything consistent as more teams adopted it and the product kept growing.
One app for commerce, food, and local services, driven by a conversational AI. I designed the chat flows, the product recommendations, and a checkout that works across every vertical. Built for people who think about what they need, not which app to open.
A BNPL app for people in India who had never taken a loan before. I designed the full lending flow, from KYC onboarding through credit checks to repayment tracking. Shipped in 12 weeks. Checkout completion hit 55%, KYC pass rate reached 68%. The tricky part was keeping the compliance requirements from making the experience feel hostile.
Virtual try-on for cosmetics using AR face tracking. I designed the live camera interface, the shade-matching logic, and the product recommendation engine. The goal was simple: make buying makeup online feel less like guesswork.
An operations tool for creative studios. Pipeline, finances, tasks, and a command centre in one place. I designed the dashboards and the AI-assisted task workflows. Most studios run on disconnected spreadsheets. This was built to replace that.
