Designed and shipped a BNPL checkout flow end-to-end: eligibility verification, instalment plan selection, payment confirmation, and post-purchase tracking. Balanced speed-to-market with regulatory compliance, which shaped most of the design constraints
Defined the user journey for credit products: what happens when someone is eligible, partially eligible, or denied. Designed the error and edge-case states that most fintech checkouts get wrong
Partnered with engineers to ship responsive fintech UI across mobile and web. Drove prioritisation when product, engineering, and business timelines conflicted
Mentored junior designers on interaction patterns, design system usage, wireframing, and running their own research
